Start a return or cancellation

Your right to return or cancel

If you're ordering for delivery within the EU, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to justify it. This is separate from any faulty or damaged item, which we'll always sort out for you regardless of timing.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive the last item in your order to request a return. If that day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the window extends to the next working day.

Cancelling before delivery

Changed your mind before your order has shipped? You can cancel any item at any time up until it's fulfilled — no need to wait for delivery.

Condition

Returned items need to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags still attached, in their original packaging.

Cost

Return shipping is free.

How it works

Click "Start a return or cancellation" above and sign in with the email you used at checkout. Select the order and item, and let us know what's going on. You'll get an email confirming we've received your request, and another once it's approved.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. If you're cancelling before shipping, we'll refund you straightaway.
