Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, for any reason.

Your right to cancel

Wherever you are, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If you are a consumer in the UK this is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; in the EU it is the equivalent right under the Consumer Rights Directive; elsewhere we give you the same right as a matter of policy. Where an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item. You may also cancel at any time before your order is despatched.

How to cancel

Email hello@savaactive.com, or use the form at savaactive.com/pages/returns. Any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough. A model cancellation form is provided on that page; you are not obliged to use it.

Returning the goods

Once you have told us, you have 14 days to send the items back. We will email you a tracked return label. The cost of return shipping is £3.95, which we deduct from your refund. You are also free to arrange and pay for your own return postage instead, in which case nothing is deducted.

Condition

You may handle and try on items as you would in a shop, including removing tags to try them. This does not affect your refund. If items come back worn beyond that, washed, altered or damaged, we may reduce your refund in proportion to the loss in value, and we will tell you the amount and the reason before refunding.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of being told you are cancelling. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or until you supply evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is the earlier. We refund to your original payment method, including the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard option.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping and nothing is deducted from your refund. Your legal rights in respect of faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.
